Batterers Intervention &
Anger Management
Welcome to a Better Man Project.
We are dedicated to helping men achieve lasting, healthy, intimate relationships. Whether you were court-ordered or voluntary, we open men’s eyes to the unhealthy relationship side of themselves, and show them what a healthy, passionate, satisfying intimate partner relationship looks like.
We ask tough questions:
What do you want out of life, your relationships, or your spirituality?
What legacy do you want to leave?
The Boys watching us today,
will be the Men of tomorrow.
I get it ...
you were sent to a program that you think is B.S., and that you don’t deserve. Well, that’s where we are.
So, while you are here, it is my personal goal that you are able to embrace this time and learn some essentially useful things to improve not just your relationships, but your life.
My hope is that when you are finished, you come away thinking that it was perhaps one of the best things that could have happened to you. I have a strong philosophic belief: Nothing is Wasted. Everything that happens to us is an opportunity for growth. We are always right where we are supposed to be.
So, please, set aside any anger or hesitancy and join me on our shared journey to become better men. Everyone around us deserves and will be better off if we become a better version of ourselves. In this program, there is accountability, but no judgment. We are here for each other, and this is a safe place to talk about the hardest parts of being a man in today’s world, and learn how to be a non-violent pillar of strength, support, and safety for those we love.
Steadfast, dependable, resolute, truthful…standing in the gap between those we love and the perils of the world. We can be their best or worst teachers. We can protect them and provide a sense of security for them, or we can cause them to fear the very one they looked to for protection and support. And you are either a hero or a victim…. you get to decide. What will you decide?

For thirty years, I have worked with men and women in the criminal justice system who needed help finding their path and their meaning in life, battling addictions, traumas, and violence. I have seen their struggles, and some common themes emerged. It was this work that inspired me with the desire to help men become the best version of themselves in whatever areas of their life they think lacking…and perhaps some areas that they were unaware.
My coaching practices incorporate meditation, yoga, nutrition, exercise, character building, sobriety (if necessary), love, lifestyle, spirituality, accountability, mindset and motivation.
